What we collect
- Bookings: your name, phone number, email address, dates, number of guests and any special requests.
- Payments: if you pay online, our payment provider processes your card or mobile money details. We receive a payment reference and status, not your card number or PIN.
- Messages and event enquiries: what you send us through the contact and events forms.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.
- Reviews: the name, occupation and review you submit. We only publish reviews after checking them.
How we use it
To manage your booking, contact you about your stay, send arrival reminders and a request for a review after your stay, reply to your enquiries, and send newsletters to people who asked for them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your details. We share them only with the services that help us run the website and bookings: our web host, our email provider and, for online payments, our payment provider.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as we need them for our accounts and legal obligations, and other messages only as long as they are useful.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, by emailing booking@kukeembe.com or calling +260968441816.
Cookies
The website uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as keeping forms secure. We do not use advertising cookies.
